Returns Policy

We want you to love your new curtains and blinds. Because they are made to your exact measurements, please read the following carefully.

Made-to-measure items

As bespoke products are cut and sewn specifically for you, they are non-returnable unless faulty or not as described. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Accessories

Unused accessories in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days for a refund.

Faulty items

If anything arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.
